So, here's a random thought. People always make claims about how "America has the unhealthiest food in the world," but it's only half-true. Sure, we have an absurd amount of fast food restaurants across the US, but just because they're available doesn't mean we have nothing at ALL as healthier options.
People have to make the conscious choice to consume large amounts of grease and fat daily.
I say all this because I'm pretty damn guilty of being a constant consumer of fast food. Lately, I've been trying to cook more often and order less, but it becomes hard to resist when you don't have much else going on in life.
When the opportunity arises, I'm going to learn more about and ultimately move to either Japan or Mexico. The USA is kind of a nightmare realm right now anyway, isn't it?
